Chain Reaction: Musing on Cause and Effect

This is a brief musing on the ever-after consequences of every deed.

Insofar as we are indeed free to act, we must be mindful of the tomorrows that will result.

(It is a fragment from a larger work entitled "To Queen Mary After All" - a commemoration of a significant birthday of a "distant" relative.)

CHAIN REACTION

Which power - robed - adjudged the truth;
To breach the shield of Godly law,
And rend the fabric of the future to this day.
